3 Day First Aid at Work (FAW) Course

This three day first aid at work course is designed to learn basic and intermediate first aid skills to gain knowledge and confidence in view of becoming a proficient First Aider specified by the Health and Safety Executive.

2 Day First Aid at Work Course (Update)

This two day first aid training course provides the skills and knowledge to re-qualify a First Aider who has a current First Aid at Work certificate. This course has to be completed if possible prior to your expiry date of your certificate.

A revision of topics covered in the 3 day course
Updates on new First Aid procedures
Theory and practical assessments

Price per student:£130 (GBP).
Price per group: £1400 (max 12).

On successful completion one will be awarded a HSE approved certificate which is valid for 3 years from date of the course.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) strongly recommends that you should consider completing a 3 hour training session annually to keep your first aid knowledge and skills up to date.

1 Day Childcare Course

One day childcare first aid training courses are ideal for personnel who are responsible for the welfare of Children and Babies in their care. This will be of particular interest to Child Minders and Creche Assistants. Playgroup personnel and anyone responsible with youth organisations.

2 Day Childcare Course

Two day first aid training courses are ideal for Child Minders and Creche Assistants who are responsible for the welfare of Children and Babies in their care. It provides those persons with a sound knowledge and understanding of child and baby first aid procedures, along with the ability to recognise and treat many childhood conditions and illnesses. This course is recommended by OFSTED.

It has to be said that this is the most popular course within the confines of the First Aid at Work Syllabus. Speaking to many employers and employees the one day emergency first aid at work (EFAW) course can cover the majority of common injuries and illnesses within the workplace.

These one day first aid training courses are designed to teach basic skills in first aid and gain sufficient knowledge to help deal with an emergency situation at work plus calling the emergency services, until a more qualified person takes over.

1 Day Emergency First Aid for Motorcyclist Course (EFAM)

Launched in 2011 the Emergency First Aid for Motorcycle (EFAM) courses has been specifically designed for motorcyclists at all levels. During this one day course the rider will learn how to treat themselves if needed and give first aid assistance to a fellow rider if required.  During the course you will learn relevant skills such as scene management,  how to deal with suspected spinal injuries and helmet removal.  This course will give you the skills and confidence to help someone in an emergency.  Learn to a save life.
